Yeah, just a little itty piece of plastic... I've got some spare carb parts sitting around. Let me know what you think you need and we can work something out if you're ok with putting used pieces back in.

Sometime this week, Ill check the float levels and see if I cant just adjust it before I spend the money. Im ok with using use parts, its only the left carb thats spitting out the fuel. It will flow gas like a siv when the bikes either running or sitting. Im just hoping that I dont have to replace it, I have already split the carbs once before and inspected the float needle and it looked good so Im not really sure. I ordered some smaller jets so when they come in I will pull the carbs apart and check em then. Hopefully they will come in before the weekend cause I get my daughter friday night and we're going out of town.

You may have a piece of crud that's plugging up that float bowl. Try pulling that piece completely apart - soak in parts cleaner and see if anything comes out. I've found some ugly, ugly things sitting in float bowls in the past.

Not on these things; that's the price just for the needle. The seat on the CVKs is fixed.
