Not if you still have the stock exhaust. The bike does run lean so some have seen benifits going with larger jets, but many are still running stock jets with no problems (with stock exhaust)

Look for a very recent sticky post in the general discussion section, I think earshave is in there.

Ebay usually has coasters, emissions block off plates. It's the same plate for several Kawi bikes. Post what you find and someone can tell you if it's right. Some of us have made our own, there's not a lot of pressure behind the reed box..
