fuel issue

New to the thread looks good though lots of info. And now the question I have a 2002 vn750 and I got it from a friend it has been sitting for about a year and a half in his garage. The problem is that it is pumping gas out of the front air tube that goes up to the air filter box and it also filled up the crank case just picking brains for any prior experiences with this problem. I already cleaned the carbs and floats. any help would be great

Sounds to me like a float is sticking, even though you cleaned them.

check all of your hoses on the carbs.. I am assumeing that your running stock..mack sure your not botteming out on the hose going to the right ear.. run seafoam thru her... I had to set up a coke bottel with about a cup of seafoam in it and hooked the hoses up to that...still wasnt enough.. had to pull the carbs and clean them..my choke had fallen apart...anyway.. if you have cleaned them the seafaom should finish it.. but check all your hoses first to make sure they are where they should be.
