Front cylinder

Alright guys, I have had my vulcan for about 2 months now. I have done a bunch of work and have a few pictures to post (when I figure out how). Anyways, My bike starts and runs... but only on the rear cylinder. The front will kick in around 4500 rpms. I am going to pull the carbs tonight and clean them. I am pretty sure that should solve the problem. I was wondering if anybody had any other suggestions. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I also need to rejet the carbs. What size? I could probably look it up but I am being slightly lazy. Thanks.

Animals want to learn to talk so they can hang out with me.

still on the list:

any other ideas?

If you find out let me know, I've yet to find this answer myself. The Vulcan verses has a recommendation, but it doesn't say which elevation those jets are intended for.

Have you checked for spark on the front plugs?

Maybe a bad coil??
