carb vacuum line, vents, EPA, ect.....

The pinched line that I thought was the carb vent is really a vacuum line. Would this line being pinched cause the bike to stall at random times?

Can I plug this line or vent it to a breather?

My bike has a bunch of EPA crap on it (california emissions) that I really want to take off, does anyone know what I can get rid off?

Vance and Hines pipes going on Sat. along with new floorboards.... ear shave and coaster coming soon.........

Thanks,
DAriv

if it's the vacuum hose on the kick stand side then it goes to the gas tank's
petcock valve. There is 2 hoses on the other side one of which is a vent hose which will cause stalling if you plug it. the other is a vacuum hose (you can see where it connects at the carb) which you can plug.
