Thumbs down Jetting?

So I am putting back together an 88 vn 750 with a fresh motor, V&H pipes and K&N pod filters. I am pretty sure I'll need to jet it but can't seem to find jet kits for this bike anywhere. Any thoughts or ideas on what i need to do from here? New to the bike and want it to go back together once. Any advice will help this go smooth thanks

You can get any jets you want form here...

I believe you will want a 40 pilot, 140 main, and 2 shims under each needle, but wait for someone else to confirm this.

I need to know now too. I forwarded the jet kit link to my buddy who just bought my VN750 and he already bought the kit. We're going to try it at his place when he gets back from vaca (leaves tonight). We're only trying it because the equipment is refundable and they said we can call with questions or problems. For forty bucks why not at least try it. I can update here with what happens but it won't be for a few weeks...
