carb pull, noooooo

I have essentiallly resigned myself to shipping my carbs off to Carbworx to be cleaned, but I thought I'd run my issues by everyone here one last time first:

I ve already applied a heavy seafoam application and heres how I stand now:
With bike good and warmed up and the choke off it will cough sputter and loose power at 4000+ rpm or WOT
With the choke on it is 5000+ rpm ot WOT
Mixture screws are set at 2.75 for the front and almost three for the rear.
running iridiums and I already swapped out the petcock

when I first got the bike it would not idle on both cylinders(front only) so I think the power loss may be at the rear cylinder
so, any ideas??

So, why is a raven like a writing desk?

Yor not alone, I have Asbrand's bike here for repairs and long needed maintenance and his is exactly the same. If you give me a couple of days to get his fixed I will tell you what yours will need, the carbs may or may not need to be pulled.

Done, I'm going to save up the money first anyway then send the carbs from my '02 to minimize downtime

this just occured to me this morning. since the issue seems to be one cylinder, is it possible that the carbs could be EXTREMELY unbalanced? The previous owner had never owned a v-twin before so im wondering if he may have crancked in the balance screw in an attempt to set the air/fuel mixture.
