Carb got new idol adj screw but now float busted

All,
We are still working on this 1986 after 1 Year +. We have replaced the Tires, Brakes (Master Cyl), Idol Adj Screw etc. Thanks Cindi.. Your pictures as so helpful over the Clymers.. So recently we took the Carb out (Not so easy if you don't learn how) and down to MFI and they bored out the old broken idol adj screw and put in a new one. When I got the Carb back in (Some8 hours later) it was leaking out the bottom. We took it back to MFI and they said the float's we basically burned out and causing it to leak. I'm interested in
rebuilding the Carb if I can get parts and I can take pictures too. I just need to know what all to get (Float Kit? Full Kit?? Seals? ) or whatever is all in there, and I can do the labor and take pictures. I could not find any Part's place on the Internet to order from so if anyone has Carbu Rebuild kit
for Vulcan 750 1986, I'd really like to get a Link or Email or phone...
Thanks
David and Andrew.... Still working on it... Almost ready...

There is no kit but I will list the P/N's you will need. Get the parts from www.cheapcycleparts.com

Jet cover o-ring: 92055-1290

Float chamber o-ring: 92055-1291

Float: 16031-1056

You will need two each of the above listed.

Check your floats, you just have a leaky o-ring.

Replace the Floats - Carb Maint

All Just to document... I have never done this and I'd be glad to take some pics.. when I do... The Professor said to order from cheapcycleparts.com
The following:

Jet Cover o-Ring : Part 92055-1290 (QTY 2)
Float Chamber o-Ring 92055-1291 (QTY 2)
Float 16031-1056

Where Cheapcycleparts had them all and listed as Kawasaki parts so that's a good start.

I don't even know how or what to unscrew to get it apart.. so any more suggestions would be quite appriciated.. Especially any pictuers of the inside or pulling the Carb Apart... This is pretty much our last step to get this
year + long project going...

By the way.. If anyone has any tips on getting out that Black Air Duct shaft
to make way for the Carb install when I'm done.. That would be helpful..
I just don't think that thing comes out of there... Also, I can tell you all
from pulling that Carb and taking eight hours.. One thing for sure...
You must pull it out from the Right side of the bike (Sitting on it facing forward right side).... It's a long procedure but you take out the top hoses in the shaft...Well.. If anyone want's to know how I did it.. Let me know...
