Anyone know if I am able to adjust these with carbs still installed? I have been looking at them and I cant figure out how to drill the plugs out?

It's possible to drill the plugs out with the carbs on the bike, but you'll need to be really careful so as to not to create an extra "jet". The plugs are made of lead, though, so they are really quite soft - if you can get *anything* to work its way into the plug, you can pop it out.

Dont want anymore jets... lol. I just coastered and need too do the air mixture screw thing. I have another question. Should there be gas coming from the vaccum port I capped. Is that a bad thing? I got rid of the EVAP thing all together.
