I cut one of my screwdrivers down to size for idle adjustments. Took about 10 minutes with a bench grinder.

Edit: Never mind. It's actually too small to keep a good grip on it!

Good idea and nice work!

You could cut a groove on one side of it in line with one edge of the blade to keep count of the turns... maybe put a little red paint in the groove for visibility.
