Partzilla, there's also a lot of other Kawasaki suppliers, but partzilla is my go-to, especially since they have parts diagrams, which you can use for reference and then try to find parts through other sources using the Kawasaki part numbers.

Earshave+Rejet (38/135) – NGK Iridiums – MCCT Conversion – Slipstreamer S03 Windshield – Custom Extended Backrest – Custom Highway Bars – MOSFET R/R – LED Underglow – Volt+USB In-Dash – Two-Wire & Blue-Wire Mod – Satin Black Engine Paint – Dampers Parts - Jets: Main=99101-393(#132 stock)/Pilot=n424-22 Pilot(#38 stock)

You likely won't find the boots when looking in carb parts.
They are found in cylinder head parts.

This is one source.
There are others.

Prices seem to run about the same unless you happen to find them on ebay.

another key when searching amazon or ebay for parts is to use the full kawasaki part number..

in this case, 16065-1122 and 16065-1123..

note: I used the above link to get the numbers, but other sites such as partzilla has them listed almost exactly the same way.
