Hi.
Were your stock turn signals working properly before you began the replacement?
Did you replace both the front and rear signals?
When you "tied the two positives together", which two positives were those?
Do you have a voltmeter?
Are you comfortable reading a wiring diagram?

hello yes the stock turn signals were working before I removed them to install the new ones. And yes I replaced both back and front turn signals the left side works fine but the right side is having the problems for instance the back right doesn?t turn on at all and the front turns on by itself and does not turn off. The two positives were the green wire that comes out from the turn signal area and the positive of the turn signal.

Does the front right stay on solid, or blink when the switch is off?
Does the front right stay on solid, or blink when the switch is "right"?
Does the right turn signal indicator on your dash stay off, blink, or stay on solid when the switch is off?

the front right stays solid when the switch is off. The front right still stays solid when switch is turned right and turned left. The turn signal indicator stays off when the switch is off. The turn signal indicator stay solid when the turn signal switch is to the right.

If the turn signal indicator flips from off to solid-on, that means that the turn signal switch is working.
Since the indicator is not blinking, that (usually) means that not enough current is being drawn through the signal relay by the lights.
I would use a voltmeter to check the harness wires with the new signals disconnected.
front:
blue wire should be live when ignition is 'on'.
green wire should be live when ignition is 'on' and signal switch is 'right'
black/yellow wire should have continuity with ground/frame.

rear:
green wire should be live when ignition is 'on' and signal switch is 'right'
black/yellow should have continuity with ground.

With the ignition off, check the blue and green wires for continuity with ground. Resistance should be infinite.

If that all checks out, attach your rear right signal only, not the front. Test to see if it works.

If that works out, reattach the front and see what happens.
