Hi guys Im new to the fourms and basically I have a problem with my 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 headlight. The problem is the headlight dosnt want to turn on all the time. like it turns on but you have to turn off the bike and turn it on again like 10 times until it finally comes on any ideas of what may be the cause of this and how I can fix it thank you.

Hi James,
Drop an introduction post in the new member area so we can officially welcome you to the fold.

As for the headlight, sounds like it's probably a bad headlight relay in the junction box. Read up on the easy-to-do "blue wire mod" to bypass the relay.

1992 US-nonCA * tuxedo mod * r/r relocated

Vulcan slang for newcomers
Service Manual Download
Wiring Diagram + annotations * still undergoing revisions, but still more useful than the generic one. Let me know if you find mistakes or think something additional should be added

What they said^

But I'd also check/clean the wiring and connections to the headlight, the fuse, and clean the ignition switch.
