Turn signal converter

If anyone is interested here is a converter that will allow you to have brake/turn signal using a single filament bulb. I just bought one along with 3-wire dual filament lights and red lenses so I can have turn, tail and brake lights from my signals.

Lance,
Would this allow me to use my brake lights in the center taillight, which are dual filament bulbs, as turnsignals, brake lights, and running lights?
I've been trying to figure out how to do this.
Thanks

It sure will, you will also need to replace the flasher with an electronic flasher. Tridon EP34 works great, it will operate up to 6 turn signals.

Is that because the brake light bulbs will draw more current?

Not really sure of the cause "more or less draw" but the new electronic flasher fixed the problem, fast blinking when brake was activated.

Hey Lance,
Where is the flasher unit located. Will this same unit also work for LEDs.
Thanks

Here is a pic of mine with converted signals (turn, tail and brake function) with Custom Dynamics red lenses and Tridon EP34 electronic flasher, works great and have more rear visibility.

Yes it will work with LED's, remove left cover beside the battery. It is at back of the battery box at the top.

Unfortunately the bid has closed. Checked on-line for it, it's Ace Hardware part ACE# 998024661 and they want $12.99 but they are out of stock as is everyone else that had it. Will keep looking and let you know if I find it anywhere.

Great idea, can't have enough brake lights on these bikes. I have LED Brake Lights on mine.

The Flag on my bike honors those who serve our Country and those who have served!
