Front turn signals

Are there any decent after market front turn signals without the plastic/rubber on them? I just went through my 3rd set in about 2 years. The sun keeps making them crack and then they break and hang there. I would love to replace them with something that has a longer life span.

I think that you can shorten the rubber thing and that keeps them from bending down and breaking. Some one here did that but I can't member whom.

I know when I was looking to spend my gift card from Cycle Gear, they had a few turn signals online that looked pretty good. Seems like they were around 20 bucks.

Couple months late here I know, but i just stumbled across this thread. Kanuck69 came up with a signal shave procedure and posted a write up with pics last year. Searching threads he started will get you there. Alot of us have done it and are happy with the result, and it's a free mod too, other than your time on it...

Here's the thread on the signal shave. Might try this myself, I like how it looks when it's done.
