Anyone ever replace their gauge cluster?

I'm thinking of getting a cheap all in one gauge to tidy up a lot of things on the front end. Has anyone ever replaced their gauges with something like this:
52mm Universal Motorcycle Digital Odometer KM/H Speedometer Gauge LED Backlight | eBay

I'd also want a temperature gauge too, so it would probably have to be a separate gauge. Let me know what you guys are thinking

As a bonus: some pics from an airfield near me Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I have one of them on my shelf, thats the one I am going to use myself. once I get off my fat arse and start the project.

it also lacks an actual voltmeter, but does have a warning indicator

I've looked at that one as well, but didn't want to do it until I come up with something for the top of the tree. Trying to fabricate a flat plate similar to the 1500, put risers in it, with that between the risers and headlight
