mosfet soldering instructions

Hi,Just been on youtube and found a great video from Roadstercycle about wiring and soldering connections to mosfet R/Rs,well worth watching if you need guidance, (roadstercycle .com FH020AA Mosfet soldering instructions),check it out !

Vn 750 A2 1986 rebuilt engine, crank shaft, half casing,shell bearings,con rods,rear cylinder head,oil pump,water pump ,(had ceased bearing rusted up),tie bar upgrade,clutch basket drilled,front cylinder cam chains,toc springs,stator,shaved, rectifier,agm battery,solenoid ,starter motor (used) re-spray ongoing.

I havent watched the video, but I am sure it cant teach me anything new...

I have done component level repair of various electronic equipment since the 70's.


p.s. I hate lead free solder

yes I agree mtb, got some old lead solder I use but only about 100mm left of it.

I have a large spool of it....and it's all mine!!!

Got it at a garage sale. Wasn't aware they stopped making solder with lead...but can see why....
