Need headlight bulb advice

I work 3rd shift and do a lot of night riding I would like to upgrade to a brighter headlight bulb. I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations on a replacement bulb and where to get it.

Picking up a Sylvania H4ST bulb this evening from Auto Zone. 20 bucks and much better than stock. There was another post about lighting and a forum member had changed to that and was happy with the results.

Like Scooter, I also have a SilverStar H4 (H4ST, available at Pep Boys, Auto Zone and other auto stores, $19.99) and it's a LOT better than stock. Use them on my car as well and makes a big difference. Close as you can get to HID without having to convert everything.

Look on jcw, not to push them, I just get a lot of my stuff there, they have bulbs in 4H type. 60/55 standard, 100/55, 100/80, 130/90. they have regular, diamond blue, xenon, from 6.99 to15.99.

I think that due to my color blindness I can't see well with the blue bulbs. I use the 100/80 regular light. High beam is great. Dim is still short of light.
