Bulb replacement?

Hi all, what's involved in a headlamp bulb replacement? I have a Sylvania H4ST 3 BP 6 Silver Star High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulb on the way.

Do I just take off the outside bezal then glass to get to the bulb?

Thanks...

remove two + phillips head screws from the side of the head light bucket and the light assembly will come out. Push down on the retaining wire and push inward to release bulb. Install new bulb, avoid handling new bulb from the glass.

That file seems to be corrupted. Anyone else have trouble with it?
