Indicators cancelling out.

I previously posted this but cant find the thread. So gonna try again to see if anyone has a fix for this.
If I turn my indicators on, left or right or hazard when the bike is sitting on the side stand/main stand and I rev the bike past 1500rpm, the indicators stop working. As you can imagine, when riding the bike and want to indicate to turn left or right into a turn it is a real safety problem as i need to get down to under 1500rpm before the indicators work.

I have done all the checks on the battery etc, changed the flasher relay just in case. I have replaced the indicators and all these are fine. The bike doesnt have an automatic indicator cut off that is malfunctioning, its a 1993 bike.

I am at a loss about this and makes me really nervous riding it due to this problem. Could anyone advise how to cure this problem.

Many thanks.

I would check all the grounds and make sure they are clean and tight. Make sure the ground from the battery box to the engine is tight on each end.
