wire guage?

anyone know what guage our blinker wires are? (save me the trouble from looking through all the posts) i need a longer wire for rear turnsignal relocation. thanks

I'm not 100% on this, but I'd say they are 16 or 18 gauge, not real heavy. I suggest using trailer hook-up wire for your bike. It's designed for exterior use, very flexible, comes in colors and sizes, just what a biker needs for lighting.

I'm pretty sure the leads on the K&N signals I just installed were 18GA. I used 16GA for the accessory wiring I just finished.

i ordered Küryakyn Large Silver Bullet blinkers and License Plate Marker Light Mount (should recieve tomarrow). this will bring the blinkers back so i can hard mount the X-large bags i have.

cool...those should look real nice on the bike...I am looking to go smaller...my goal is to turn my bike into a chopper...so I am cleaning everything up and making the bike look "smooth".

My goal is to have my bike look something like this when it is all said and done:

Küryakyn make some real cool small blinkers that would look good on your chopper, there are many mounting options, good luck
