Stater problem

Can the starter be wedged somehow preventing the bike from cranking? It seems that it is bound causing the unit to draw a bunch of current, or can something within the starter cause a huge current draw if messed up? I haven't worked on many starters or starter issues, so I don't know.

Grace and Peace to you!

I guess if the bearing is locked up it will cause a huge draw on the battery. Help I don't know. I hope it is something simple like the starter and not the engine locking up. Help Help!

Grace and Peace to you!

You have too many threads going. You should copy and paste all the problems, or rewrite all the problems, in one thread under "builds and projects". I just posted in reference to the starter on the other thread.

Oil will drain from the engine where you remove the starter.
