Any auto parts store. You'll have to buy generic cables but they're easy to cut and fit. OEM cables are prohibitivly expensive.

MSD makes sets for motorcycles in various colors. The wires are designed for high ooutput ignitions and come in 7mm and 8mm They work well with old electronic ignitions. I run them on my Honda Chop, and will run them on the Vulcan once its running. I ordered mine from a local bike shop

85 VN750 basketcase ( yes its a true 750, and no smog controls, its good to be Canadian)
It will have
a rebuilt 96 top end, rebuilt 85 bottom end
degoated, Eared
stripped, lowered, raked, bobbed,
reed valve boxes shaved
ported and polished
balanced
right side dump exhaust
heads and cylinders shaved for compression
looking for smoothbore sidedraft carbs
possibly fat bob tanks
modified vn800 or sportster drag pipes or I'll just make some

Chopperfix

There's a guy on Ebay selling Vulcan specific, made to fit wire sets, with NGK caps on them. I think he has a "buy it now" price of 30 or 35 bux on 'em. Somebody else here in this forum, just asked about those kits the other day, and posted a link as well, though you could probably get to it thru the Ebay link here on the forums.

You could do a Google search for motorcycle plug wires, and then spend hours looking at the results.

There's nothing special about the stock wires, so getting a replacement set is pretty easy, as was mentioned above.

Thanks guys for the information... yesterday I did my order from cycledepot.net
011141 5 feets PLUG WIRE COPPER/$0.50 = $2.50
XD05F 2 SPARK PLUG CAP/$2.97 = $5.94
LD05FP 2 SPARK PLUG CAP-WATERPROOF/$2.16 $4.32
They are close to my place, but I discovered the prices are very different in local place (more expensive) so I order on Internet and pickup in the local store.
Total: $13.81
