Question What's the problem??? Battery??? Stator??? R/R???

After 20 or 30 minutes running my bike dies, but before do that she start loosing power in front or rear cylinder, like one of these is switched off, When finally she goes off , so I am trying to start over but the battery is dry.....Today I charge the battery full, start my bike fine,I check the leads, at 4000 or more RPM's the output volts are 13.30 I think is not enough to get the headlight, tails and ignition system (coils) working fine right or not?
so I take out the headlight and tails fuses....now she runs good,(running at 12.61vdc no less) but I need those things working in my bike......What's the PROBLEM? Battery? Stator? R/R?

First thing is to check the battery. That is the most likely problem. It sounds like your battery is not charging. It could be because:
1. Battery is dead and will not accept anything other then a surface charge.
2. Battery connections are not tight. Tighten all your connections to the battery and to the frame. Check every connection.
3. Look at your regulator/rectifier. How does the plug look? Is it in it's original location? Run tests on it with a mulitmeter.
4. Check the yellow wires from the stator to the RR. Are they looking good or are they corroded and or burned up? Look at the wires as they exit the stator compartment. Are they heated up and nasty? Run tests on the stator with a multimeter.

Do you have a short or ground elsewhere in your system that is not allowing your battery to charge? You stated that you remove fuses and the bike runs OK. This could be because you have a shorted leg on your stator and without those extra power drainers, your bike is now getting the voltage it needs or it could be because one of those fuses removed has taken a grounded wire out of the system.

Check it out and give us your findings...

Yesterday I was trying to find the problem
I plug the headlight and tail fuses in the function box, whit the multimeter I check continuity, one lead on the headlight fuse the other one on the ground (Bike frame) Result : infinity..... taillight same thing......Is this normal????

I think I get it........speedometer light wire (+) was making ground to the frame but I have a suspicion.....Why this not caused a short circuit or a fuse blow? If the positive wire is making contact whit negative wire (ground),bike frame in this case......
