flip floped the pickups, does it matter?

So I did the stator MOD, put everything back in. She turned over but not catching.. I have spark to all plugs... So I'm second guessing myself on my work. Would flip flopping the pickups cause an issue? Also I may have flip floped the green and black wires on the rear coil would that matter??. Someone help me please

I dont understand how you could get them in the wrong place to begine with? Arnt the leads on each pickup coil different lenths? I could be wrong on that but thats what stands out from my exsperiance with my stator job.

Here is a pic for ya showing the (black/white : black/red) wire colors going to the upper mounted pickup coil...

The wire colors for the lower pickup coil is (black/yellow : black)

Just a info side-note...the upper mounted pickup coil is for the rear cylinder, and the lower mounted one is for the front cylinder.

Well they were where they should be! I guess I didn't give myself credit. But that leaves me with the carb adjustments to deal with now in trying to start her up. Thanks y'all for the input. Texas big props to you for posting the pick it helped me out tremendously!!
