charging system

Ok so just messing around yesterday i checked voltage at batt.
Heres what i got

Engine off. 12.54v
Idle cold 14.35v
4000rpm somewhat cold 14.67

I never did it warm to see if results changed.not sure if that would matter
So does this sound like a healthy charging system?

Is it normal to put out 14+ volts all the time?

Does your R/R look like this?

Or something more like this?

The first is a stock voltage regulator, and the second is a MOFSET R/R upgrade. The numbers you posted in your first post look like those of a MOFSET R/R... also you mentioned you never took hot readings.. those are the most critical readings if you suspect a faulty charging system.
