extra wires found in headlight bucket

Okay I'm changing the turn signals here and I opened up the headlight bucket found two wires extra They are not hooked up to anything they have male connectors one yellow with a black stripe ones white with a blue stripe any ideas

Those are the accessory wire... White/Blue stripe is positive, Black/Yellow Stripe is negative

no.. the White/Blue is always hot.. so I always recommend running a relay off of it, that is triggered by the Running lights...
