Tail light and turn signal issues

Hello. I just picked up a 2000 Vulcan 750. I really like the bike and plan on keeping it. The only problem is the tail light, turn signals, and the speedo light do not work so really I cant ride it at night without possibly getting a ticket. I haven't had time to check any fuses but the guy I got it from said he did. I will check the fuses myself today to make sure they are all good but wanted to ask you guys what you think the problem could be if a fuse is not the issue.

There is a fuse for the tail. The wiring for the tail end is under the seat...check your connections there for turn signals and tail lights.

If none of your turn signals work, you may need a blinker relay EP-34

The speedo lights might just be burned out , OR the connection is broken.

Ok thanks. I will finally have time tonight to take a look at everything and change the oil. Hopefully it is just a fuse or relay. If not I will check the wires etc with a meter. Ill post what I figure out.
