speedo bulb

so i noticed last night on the way to work that the light on my speedometer is out, I figure it's the bulb as all the other cluster lights are on. so I have two questions; 1.what is the correct part # for the bulb and 2. how do you get that thing outta there?

It's a bit of work as you need to take the back off. Not to bad though.
The bulb it's self is just a normal type spin to lock deal. Getting to them
Is fun if you have to take off a windshield.

Not sure on the bulb # but recently I changed mine out to red LEDs. So, I should have bulbs laying around if you want them.
Ill look tonight if you want. Pm me.

I know I had a hard time finding them other than my local dealer. They could look it right up for you.

No color Blue suggestion ?

I (think) love blue color on gauges ! (stock bulbs/lenses).

Blue would probably be brighter. They tend to be.
Don't know about amber but the red took sick at night.
The twilight hours are actually a bit difficult to see the illumination
But at night... Down right cool!

so how do you get the back off, i took the screw out and separated the shell from the inside but how does actually come off. i didn't want to break it so i kind of let it be although i discovered that if i tap it real hard it'll arc and come on
