Question Changing a front turn signal

My in-laws brought my bike to Florida from Georgia and in the process broke one of my front turn signals. I've gotten a replacement from ebay. It looks like the wiring plugs into the back of the headlight. How do I remove the headlight assembly to get to the wiring in the back? Any suggestions?

you can remove the chrome ring on the headlight bucket and pull the lens assembly out along with the bulb. You should be able to snake the wires through then.
The back of the headlight bucket has large cutouts to pass wires through, and without the lens, there is lots of room to work in there.

If I recall correctly, remove 2 screws from the bezel and then a slight rotation to unlock the chrome ring and pull towards the front and it should come out.

That did the trick! Made it super easy to access the wiring. Thanks! Now I just have to figure out which wire is which. It seems Kawasaki used an odd color coding system.

Grey is the marker, green is the turn signal, and black/yellow is the ground..

And we have a winner! Thanks for the help, guys! Now I just have to get a Florida tag on the bike and I'll be all set. Can't wait to be riding again.
