LED INDICATORS,Capacitors?

Hi fella's I bought some new second hand led indicators, with 4 gold anodized cubes with 2 black wires out one end and 2 red wires out of the other.
My question is, how do I wire these into my indicator circuit to presumably, reduce voltage to the new indicators?
I have the indicators flashing at a very fast pace at present.

Garage
Napa Part Number NF HD12 is an electronic turnsignal flasher (sells for about 10 bucks) and will fix your fast blinking issue.
