Spark plug change interval
Just wondering how many miles you put on a set of plugs, the Copper type.On an interesting note I was checking out the Iridium plugs, and they say the Iridium comes from layers of the Earth, that was layed down(Ejecta) by the Impact(big rock) that ended the Dinosaure erra.Neat stuff,so everytime you look at those plugs think how they were responsible for mass destruction.Really I just want to no the mileage, can't find a recomendation anywhere.

I have 2 suggestions - (1) Follow the VN750 manual recommended interval. (2) Contact the manufacture of the plugs you have and ask them what they reccomend.

It really does depend on driveing habbits, Take a look at the plugs, does the electrode still look flat on top or is it rounding off.
Is it black and coverd in carbon or is it a whiteish grey?
Ususlly I would say with normal riding everyother year or 15K.

On page 78 of the Owners manual it states what I stated above.
Hope this helps.

[Sorry for the off topic post, but it just makes me wonder why some people will post if they aren't going to answer the question.]

Chad said "every other year or 15k miles". I believe he did answer the question.

Klank, sure, sometimes we might get a little side-tracked on a thread, but if you'd taken the time to read what Chad was referring to, ya would've noticed that he DID post what was mentioned on page 78.
We try to convey a friendly atmosphere around here. Afterall, we're all part of the VN 750 family. How about trying to keep it that way, please.
