Acewell 2853

I recently got the Acewell 2853 on my bike and it looks really cool. Definitely cleans up the front. I do have a few questions though if anyone has used one. What is the correct circumference of our wheel? I've changed it multiple times and can't seem to get it right. It's about 3 to 5 mph off. My next question is how to fix the jumping speedometer. I hooked up to the black wire that it told me to, but didn't bother wrapping around the coil because i read else where that it didnt make a difference. Any help?
