Bike turns off at around 3500 rpm

Bike just shuts off but i still have electricity flowing because this last time it was yam and dark and headlight never went out. Thought i had it fixed there for a while but its back. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Well, it is gas. Or air. Or spark.

Do not mean to be a wise ass, but you probably should post some particulars. How long had you been riding b4 this occurrence, did it re-start, what amount of throttle, etc.

Fixed. Solution was cleaning ignitikn switch.

Took apart the switch,'puck' located below the key and carefully cleaned all the contacts and slightly stretched the springs as in the verses. Starts like a champ and no longer dies. Awesome.
