Do you have the bike manual? It will say in there what the bulbs are.

Fronts are 32/3CP
rears are 32CP

I only understand what I don't understand.

or you could replace the bulbs with LED inserts....check my signature for info.

Straight from the repair manual:

Front: 92069-060 32/3CP 12V Bulb
Rear: 92069-055 32CP 12V Bulb

I only understand what I don't understand.

The 8 digit numer in red is Ma Kaw's part number.
The blue highlighted numbers are the specs, 32 and 3 candle power respectively

1156 and 1157 are universal numbers asigned to specific bulbs made by any manufacturer and recognized by any automotive supplier.

Now just a heads up here, the bulbs in my front and rear signals are #1034 and #1073 respectively. So if you have these differently numbered bulbs and cannot locate them at your local parts store, the bases appear to be the same as 1157 and 1156 bulbs, and I am sure they are interhangeable. smiley_th

BTW, the specs for the bulbs in the Clymer manual are not given in cp (candle power) but are given as 8 watts for the front running lights, and 23 watts for both front and rear turn signals.
