Weak spark after Stator replacement

Well I did the tuxedo stator replacement but was unhappy with the overall fit and decided to cut the frame. Well frame was cut, sooo simple and the stator sits much nicer as well as the covers and wires are set the right way. If frame damage occurs I knew the risks.

So i go to crank her up after sitting for a couple weeks since I last had her running, turns over and over and over doesn't start. I check the plugs and the front ones are coated in carbon and the rears are wet with fuel. Tested the coil pickup and the batt has 12.4v but it only reads 11.9. I did have hot start up problems before the stator quit on me. Is there any way the stator job caused this problem or am I running into more problems.

I'm very depressed right now and want to go to insupmountable debt to get my knees in the breeze.

Thanks for the help

Double check the gap on the pickup coils...thats my first guess...after that, check the wiring from them, all the way out...
