I could count on 1 hand the amount of time I used those helmet locks on the back. I have a small cable lock I use. I put the helmet on the backrest and just run the cable through the helmet buckle and on the luggage rack. Those locks are more of a pain in the ass than what their worth. If you have saddle bags mounted they still get in the way.

My question is; what kinda paint is on the rear fender and was it apply by brush?

Not sure on the paint the guy who owned the bike before me his kids did it. I thank it might be chock paint ? It was on my list of things to do last year but then I was hit by a car on her so it never got done and this year main goal is getting her back on the road with a clean title so I can ride

it may end up being a summer job for this year always looking on eBay for a cheap one so i have no down time

I have two extra rear fenders, r u interested in one ?
One Black, other one is Kawasaki Crimson Red, both factory paint in excellent condition.
Where r u located ?
