Another weekend, another problem

So how do i go about finding a loose connection or wire without taking my entire bike apart? Riding fine, stoppped for fuel and had to jump her off. Put her to charge started fine. Next morning drove 40 miles to work, no problem. After work had to jump her again. Drove home, running just fine. Turned into subdivision and she kills. Pushed her home. Let her charge for 15 min., she turned over. Put her back on charge. After an hour, started fine at 12v, revved to 3000 rpms at 13.8v. So, by my logic, loose wire or connection, right?

Give batt a full charge, take it to local A-zone-P-Boys ect and have a load test done. Is a good way to know for sure if your batt is up to par. Also ck your ground connections, also ck your ground connections (and yes I meant to say that twice!!!) Don't just look at them but clean them GOOD.

04-3,200 miles bought July 2011 with 928 miles. Loaded with acessories to many to list here, see my albums for more details! I also make a custom tank bib specific for the 750 if anyone is interested, ck my albums for some pics.

Took fully charged battery to Advance Auto, checked out fine. checked and cleaned ground connections. searched for skinned or bare wires. Found one, covered with electrical tape. I guess now I have to wait for better weather to take her on a test run
