Question Need help

Ok first off i'm new to this so I will try to put everything I know maybe someone can help (It would be very much appreciated)
I picked up an 89 Vulcan 750 a couple of weeks ago and it had been sitting for a while so after i cleaned the carbs and the replaced needle valve, it fired up.
Now the problem is rear right plug is not sparking, I swapped plugs and the same thing. My question is if my igniter is bad would all the other plugs work

Does the rear plug on the left work? Try a spark plug wire.
Welcome to the group.

If you swap the plug wires on the coil left to right will the other plug miss-fire?

When making test make sure that the batt has plenty of power. It looks like to me that you may have a bad coil.
