loose tach housing

My friends tach housing has some loose movement as if the bracket is not tight on the inside. Other than the single screw at the front, how does the tach come apart?
Thanks,
Bill283

They are all loose. Fixable with a small piece of rubber gas line or tubing. Here is the link.
