Mosfet R/R 30 AMP fuse question.

Getting a new Mosfet from roadstercycle. Since i unplug the the original R/R connector and stow it then use the new wiring that now includes a 30 AMP breaker to hook up to the battery, what do I do with the 30AMP fuse inside the JB. since it will no longer be between the batt and the R/R it will just be between the battery and the ignition switch. Im assuming I should just leave it there.

The instruction sheet that comes with the r/r will tell you to cover and /or tape the old wires to keep them from going to ground. You will cut the stator wires from the old r/r plug and put the new connectors on them. You will get a new positive (with the fuse) and a new ground in the kit. They go directly to the battery post.
