Replacement Blubs

Can anyone give me a good source for replacement bulbs for my new driving lights? I need H3 bulbs but I want to go to a lower wattage than the present 55 watts. I would like to drop down to 35 or possibly 25 watts. Everything I have found in stores or on line seem to be 55 or higher. As always I appreciate all the help. This forum has been a great source of information for a newbie such as myself. I hope to be able to give a little back in the near future by posting the modifications I am working on for my 2000 Vulcan 750.
Thank you in advance.

You might check out the bulb selection at a Lowe's or Home Depot. That's where I got mine for my bike's driving lights.

I have checked at numerous auto supply stores and also at Home Depot and Lowes. All the bulbs sold at these locations are 55 watts or higher. I need to drop down in the total watts. Again any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

heres a link straight to the conversion kit, it draws 35 watts and is 3 times brighter than the stock bulb. $24.99 and $14.99 shipping. easy to install!

The link wib gave you is for an H4, HID conversion of the headlight, not your driving lights.
https://www.vn750.com/forum/showthrea...hid+conversion

See post 8 for this ebay link.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

If the HID bulb is installed in a case with a purpose built, faceted HID reflector and plain lens, it will put 3 times the light on the road that a stock halogen H4 bulb will.

Installed in the vn750 headlight case with the parabolic reflector and faceted lens, it loses 1/3 of it`s lighting capacity, but the HID bulb will still focus twice the light of a halogen bulb on the road.

Since the H3 in your driving lights is intended as a regular headlight bulb, I`m not sure you will find one rated lower than 55 watts, unless you find an HID conversion bulb.
