how to replace speedometer/tachometer/gauges/indicator lights assembly???

My gauges were a little out of wack and the previous owner glued the gauges together and it's just a mess and all wobbly. So I bought a used speedometer/tachometer/gauges/indicator lights assembly. What's the easiest way to remove the old assembly and put on the new one?

If I remember right, all the wires for the indicator lights & gauge lights run in the headlight assembly. I'd start there and work your way back, one screw at a time. Pay attention to where everything hooks up. I've had mine apart before and I don't remember it being too difficult.
