Ozone smell but runs fine

I've noticed a definite smell of electrical gremlins of some sort. For the past few years whenever I go on a long run and do a lot of freeway 70+ mph, the smell is there. It's never there unless the bike does 100+ miles and higher speeds.
Yet everything always runs just fine, smell or no smell. I've not opened up the side to see if anything looks wrong.
Does this smell like an RR acting up?

What is the charging voltage when you smell the ozone?

Maybe try pulling the cover off the stator when you smell the ozone to see if that is the source.

I haven't heard about the smell but its possible electrical wiring is frying. Check the connections under the seat and the three going to the stator/regulatr.

Pull over, take the seat off and check with a hand held voltmeter.
