Question Best AGM battery for the VN750...?

Per the following thread....

https://www.vn750.com/forum/showthrea...hlight=battery

...what company makes the Deka/MagnaPower battery mentioned? Is this battery made by the same company that makes the "Interstate" brand AGM (sealed) battery?

What service life on the VN750 can I reasonably expect from this Deka/MagnaPower sealed battery, given proper care? 3 years? 4, maybe?

Should I expect the same--or more--service life (and reliability) from the appropriate Interstate brand sealed battery, instead (even if it costs a bit more)?

I gather all the above mentioned batteries are in fact American made, too...right?

Anyone? Anyone?

East Penn makes them:

This is battery our go-to guy lance328 recommends:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Deka-...item3eee173adb

I`ve heard of guys getting 4 or 5 years from a MF-AGM battery, but a lot depends on your charging system, how/where you store the battery if you have long winter with no riding, etc.

You've got the etx15, you need the 15L.

Both the Deka and Magna-Power brands are EXT15L.... so I image DAP's would be the same ?
