Thinking of buying Accel coils and wires kit..

Hello. I am thinking of purchasing the Accel ignition coils and wires kit for the bike. I am wanting to know if anybody else has this set-up on there bike. I wonder about it's performance both power gain and reliability. I don't want it if it will let me down.....on the side of the road. Please let me know of any good or bad reviews on this product. Thank You!

If memory serves me right, someone did use Accel coils but for the life of me I can't remember who.

I bought the 140403's, but I have not used them yet as my bike is in pieces. Theoretically it should help out with cold starting and fuel efficiency, but I do not believe they will be very noticable power gains. I have read in other forums were people recemend to stay away from dyna coil and go accel if that helps. there use to be a compatability chart on accels website, but they took it down. Our bike was not listed, but vn700 was, so 140403 kit that was recomended for the 700 should work on the 750 with no problems.

Harley sportster fenders
custom raked front end
custom exhaust
vn800 tank and guages
modified seat and recovered
rear frame chopped
custom wiring harness
airbox removed
