is your R/R bad, or is it the Connector? you can get a connector for less than 10 bucks from ElectroSport.com

fallow the R/R troubleshooting proeedures in the manual... you can find the manual in my sig line... here is another quick test as well...

With the engine off and key off, get a battery voltage reading
engine running voltage at idle should be around 13 volts engine speed at 5000 rpm should be 14.5 volts... if you are getting higher than 14.5 volts, check the brown wire (Battery Monitor) for a good connection... if you are getting way less, check the connectors by the battery... there are two bullet connectors, one white with red strip next to the starter solenoid, and on black with yellow stripe next to the battery box on the frame. If all these check out fine, then check out the Stator AC Voltage.

By the sounds of it you just need to get a new connector from my above post. but double check the R/R and stator...

no problem.. f you need more help give me a shout.. I am prety good with our electrical system... ohh and if every thing tests out good, and you still cn't find the problem... it might be a short in the Junction box... I had a problem there once.. the only symptom was no charging.
