blue wire mod for headlight

can someone please explain this to me. I went out and looked at the junction box where the blue wire is and i don't know how to pull the wire out. I tried pulling on it but it doesn't just come out and I don't want to rip it. Please explain thanks

Use a paper clip, undo it and push the wire from the end of the plastic connector, opposite where the connector blade goes. The wire should come out. It is hard for me explian it on writing.
You will have to raise the clip up again for it to hold in place when reinstalled.

I grabbed the back side of the wire with some tiny needle nose and wiggled it out. Making sure to grab on the metal, not the wire. THen jammed it into the next hole over. Stayed fine.
