Bogged engine = fouled plugs???

Hey, I bogged my engine going into a turn - opened it up on the straightaway and started spluttering like it was out of gas. From experience, I laid off the throttle and babied it along - knowing if I killed it I'd be up the creek. Ran a little bit on low throttle - gradually opened it up and I was OK all the way home. Does that sound like fouled plugs?

A spark plug wrench will tell you better than we can.

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!
