Soapcycleparts on Ebay

Has anyone had any experience with these folks? I was going to replace my stator while I have the motor out and they have stators for about $120 shipped!

avoid it like the plague. they may be a good seller but electrosport is cheap chinese junk. send your stator to tim parrott http://www.tpe-usa.com/ he will rewind a factory stator better than new for less than 100

Ok, I talked to Tim a week ago and ordered my stator, paid up front. He said 2-3 days for delivery. A week later and no stator, his phones are not working and his website is down. Has anyone else made contact with him lately or am I the only one who has been duped here?

I think I had a delay with Tim as well. My advice is just to roll with it. He struck me as a guy who does great work, but does not spend a lot of time communicating with his clients. The delay might be irritating (especially if the weather is nice) but you will LOVE the finished product.

Tim has my stator right now too. He has done an excellent job of communicating with me every time I have emailed him. From what I have read and the experience I have had so far I would definitely give him the benefit of the doubt. I will try to touch base with him and let everyone know what I find out.
